What areas do you serve?

What services do you offer?
Pest control (quarterly and one-time), mosquito control, pressure washing and soft washing, junk and debris removal, and lawn care and landscaping.
How much will it cost?
It depends on your property. Enter your address on our quote page for a ballpark based on public county records. Your final price is set after an on-site assessment, and you approve it before any work starts.
How often is quarterly pest control?
Every three months, four visits a year.
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside work. We give you notice before every visit. For treatments inside, someone needs to be there to let us in.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
We use EPA-registered products and apply them exactly as their labels direct. Keep children and pets out of treated areas during the treatment and for at least one hour after.
What if it rains right after a treatment?
If heavy rain hits within about 24 hours and is likely to weaken the treatment, we'll come back and re-treat the affected areas.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You can cancel at any time with 10 days' written notice. You only pay for services already done.
Can I save by paying up front?
Yes. Pay for the season up front and save 10%. Ask about it when you get your quote.
When is mosquito season?
Mosquitoes are active from spring through fall in the Midlands. We treat monthly from April through October.
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill mildew and algae on siding without damaging it. Pressure washing uses high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice after each service. You can pay by card through a secure link, or by cash or check.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured in South Carolina.
