Pest control in Columbia, SC
Quarterly protection that keeps pests out, and one-time treatments when something has already moved in. We focus where pests actually get in: in, under, and around your home.
Quarterly home protection
Four visits a year keep a protective barrier around your home so roaches, ants, spiders, and other crawling pests never get settled. Each visit targets the places insects breed, rest, and get inside: the foundation, entry points, eaves, and the beds around the house.
We focus product in, under, and around the house instead of blanketing your whole yard. It's where the problem actually is, and it keeps treatment where it does the most good.
One-time treatments for an active problem
Already seeing them? We treat the source, not just the bugs you can see. Most active problems get an initial treatment and follow-up visits to make sure it worked.
- Roaches, including German cockroaches, the small ones that hide in kitchens and bathrooms
- Ants in the kitchen, walls, or yard
- Wasps and yellow jackets around eaves, decks, and play areas
- Rodents getting into the house, attic, or crawl space
Once it's under control, quarterly service keeps it from coming back.
Businesses and restaurants
We also provide pest control for food service and other businesses. Call us to talk about a schedule that fits your operation.
Before your visit
Move anything blocking the areas we'll treat, and keep children and pets away during the treatment and for at least an hour afterward. We'll let you know before every visit.
Common questions
How often is quarterly pest control?
Every three months, four visits a year. Each visit renews the barrier around your home before the last one wears off.
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside treatments. We give you notice before every visit. If you need treatment inside, someone needs to be there to let us in.
Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
We use EPA-registered products and apply them exactly as their labels direct. Keep children and pets out of treated areas during the treatment and for at least one hour after.
What if it rains right after a treatment?
If heavy rain hits within about 24 hours and is likely to weaken the treatment, we'll come back and re-treat the affected areas.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You can cancel at any time with 10 days' written notice. You only pay for services already done.
