It normally starts at $225. The Winter Pest Plan is this winter's visit plus a full year of quarterly service: 5 visits. Quarterly service starts at $75 per visit.

Prepay offer ends December 10. Your exact visit price depends on the size of your home and lot; we confirm it before you pay. If you cancel early, we refund the visits you haven't had, less the regular price of the first visit. Pay-as-you-go: if you cancel before your fifth visit, the regular first-visit price applies.
Gutter cleaning before winter
This is the one not to skip. Gutters that are already partly full get buried when the leaves and pine straw come down, then the winter rains have nowhere to go. Water spills over the edge, rots the fascia boards, backs up under the roof, and pools against your foundation all season. We clear the gutters, make sure the downspouts drain, haul the debris away, and can clear pine straw off the roof on the same visit. Gutter cleaning starts at $75.
